I agree to abide by the rules of the Gloucestershire Drama Association
(GDA) One-Act Play Writing Competition 2007/2008. I am a full time resident of Gloucestershire
at the time of submission of the play.
The play is my original work.
I accept that the GDA reserves the right for a member society to perform
the play, should it win, free of royalties and at their discretion, for a
period of one year from the date of the announcement of the winner of the
competition.

The Gloucestershire Drama Association (GDA) cannot accept responsibility
for the loss of, damage to, or delay in receipt of scripts. Authors are advised
to use recorded delivery or registered mail. Scripts will be returned to
authors who enclose an appropriately stamped addressed envelope. Authors are
strongly advised to retain a copy of their script.
Some of the authors entering the competition in previous years have asked
how they can get their plays read and perhaps performed, as they are not
necessarily members of a dramatic society. After the results are announced, the
GDA would be happy to put a notice in their quarterly newsletter (which goes to
every member society in the county) offering plays for reading. If you would
like to take part in this scheme, please indicate below, so you can be
contacted by member societies.
